The company with its Slovenian branch in Celje suggested to finish the works at the construction sites between Koper and Izola on its own. The decision was brought by the court on Sep 13. Meanwhile, DARS, the Slovenian Motorway Company, was not aware of the verdict at all, which in their opinion is ridiculous. They claim that the contract between them and the Austrian company had already been cancelled. The Celje court claimed the works need to be completed in order to reduce the damage, which is to be accounted due to early termination.
