Many roads were closed and rain triggered several landslides across the country. According to the Environment Agency the rivers have meanwhile calmed down and the situation is stabilizing. Ljubljanica and Krka might still cause some problems but no major trouble is expected. A 35 year-old woman died yesterday at Srednji Dolič – Mislinja. She slipped while trying to cross a stream and was swept away by the rushing water. Her body was found last night at the beginning of Paka River, about 200 meters from where she fell into the water.
