Almost 1.600 former employees of Textile Company Mura, who demand in a class action suit the payment of outstanding debt of the bankruptcy assets, will appeal at High Court after losing at Labour court.
In 2009 the company went bankrupt and at that time around 1000 people were employed at the parent company. Almost 1.860 people were employed at its subsidiaries that were established the same year and had no property. This is the reason why the latter remained without the right to enforce claims arising from the bankruptcy estate.
