Water flooded basements also in Koper, Postojna, Ajdovščina, Kranj, Žiri and Vrhnika, where also the premises of the health care centre were flooded.
Firemen were busy at the area around Logatec and Idrija. In the Idrija region, the storm with strong gales and egg-size hail caused a lot of damage on buildings and cars.

It was the worst in Spodnja Idrija, where gale wind and hail damaged also roofs of three blocks of flats, and the elementary school building. According to firemen and local inhabitants, the strength of the storm was unprecedented. Fortunately, the storms which occurred later in the evening didn't cause additional damage. The consequences are being remedied.
