The three will remain behind bars. However, the legal battle is not over yet. The written judgment will be once more submitted to the Constitutional Court for a review.

The men will also seek justice at the European Court of Human Rights. Janša has been sentenced to two years in prison and a fine of EUR 37,000. Krkovič and Črnkovič were meanwhile sentenced to 22 months in prison and the same fine as Janša.
