Insolvency managers are set to receive lower payments for managing personal insolvencies, from about EUR 1.400 to EUR 500.

This measure aims to lower the number of already-started procedures.

Until today, more than 3.800 personal insolvencies have been declared in 2014, resulting to courts set to secure first costs, nearly going bankrupt.
