The loan holders are dissatisfied with the manner merchant banks and the Bank of Slovenia have handled the issue of loans in Swiss francs. They demand dialogue and better control over the banks as well as willingness for discussion from the government.

Through posters the Swiss franc loan holders pointed out they were not speculators, wondered why the loan holder alone needed to take all of the risk, and demanded fair loans and fair contracts with banks.

Many of them brought models of houses with roofs in the colours of the Swiss flag, which symbolize that most of the holders decided to take out Swiss-franc denominated mortgages to buy themselves a home. Many of those gathered were families.
