Slovenia's national football team held practice on Wednesday afternoon at the Stožice stadium in Ljubljana. Coach Srečko Katanec had all of his players on hand.

"Everybody expects the three points, and so do we. But it will be a challenging match and we have to take it seriously and concentrate on ourselves and our game," said Novaković.

Milivoje Novaković - "Nova" is not afraid to have more defenders covering him than usual. "We're going to play fair and we have to look at our game. If we win we earn very valuable points for the remainder of the qualification campaign," are the thoughts of the Slovenian forward.

Ilić: It wasn't easy for the English
Defender Branko Ilić is aware that they'll face a solid San Marino fort on Friday at the Stožice stadium. "We watched San Marino's match against England. England scored two goals in the first half, but both from set pieces and not from open play. It wasn't easy for the English," explained Ilić, who stressed that it was necessary to score a goal as soon as possible. "We'll do everything to take down that fort as easy as possible and enjoy winning the three points."
