These arguments are expected to last until tomorrow, and will include testimony from Foreign Minister Karl Erjavec.Slovenia will argue that Slovenia has a historical right to access the open seas. Representatives will also address arguments made by Croatia on Monday and Tuesday. At the end of the week, the court will again hear arguments and counterarguments by both sides.
A final decision by the tribunal is expected next year.
