The band placed all of its 15 years into a box. The box will be the cohesive thread of the show, which will include 19 scenes and feature 18 pre-arranged songs. "With which we'll reveal all our secrets," confirmed the bass player Iztok Melanšek for MMC, ahead of the show's premiere on the 11th of April at the SiTi Theater.

"No, not all of them. We had to leave some for our 30th anniversary," singer Tina Marinšek commented while laughing. We visited the band in the middle of their intensive five-day rehearsal period in Olimje.

The band Tabu is known for staging different types of concerts and socializing with their fans. In the past they have organized special concerts and picnics. Now they'll present themselves with – what they call – an until now never existing musical theatrical format.

Through it they'll share with the audience their adventures and anecdotes of the past 15 years. "We're playing ourselves and we do have a written script. It was a bit of a challenge to learn it, but it is easier that way for everyone plays the exact role he/she has in the band," explained Melanšek.

Marko Vezovišek is the script writer and is also directing the show. The band members confirm that the show will be on the repertoire for as long as people wish to see it. In the meantime they'll also hold a concert on the 12th of June in Križanke, accompanied by the RTV Slovenia Symphony Orchestra. "Those will be two different things," says Marinšek.
