Almost eleven months after the verdict in the Patria trial it will probably be known, whether the president of the conservative SDS party and former Prime Minister Janez Janša, brigadier Tone Krkovič and Ivan Črnkovič are convicted, acquitted or whether there will be another trial.
It is expected that The Higher Court decision on the appeals in the Patria case will be released today. The defence in its appeal to the sentence proposes an acquittal of all three, the office of the public prosecutor demands to confirm the verdict.
