The document in question is a contract of legal cooperation between the university and attorney Velimir Cugmas, which was allegedly destroyed and later replaced with an annex with a forged date. The media have already obtained the controversial conract, signed on the 1st of March 2012, with the seals and signatures of both contracting parties.

The University of Primorska headed by Chancellor Marušič says the contract for legal aid was never signed and does not exist. At the same time Cugmas's attorney office has received around 220.000 euros from the universtiy - 40.000 euros this year alone.
