The preliminary hearing has been scheduled for April 29, and the court will decide on Wolf's extradition to Slovenia based on the international arrest warrant only on July 13.

He will have the right to appeal the decision, which makes his extradition before August 10, when the Patria case becomes statute-barred, very unlikely.
