The temporary warehouse used by Slovenia's civil protection in the former Beti company building has already been emptied. Work has now begun on removing the infrastructure and temporary tents in the former refugee reception centre.

"The deadline for handing over both locations is the 24th of April. Everything is running according to schedule, some things are even being finished sooner than planned," explained Zdenka Močnik, the head of the Brežice office of the Administration for Civil Protection and Disaster Relief.
The Slovenian Army has already disinfected the Beti location, after civil protection members first took out everything that could still be in use. Meanwhile at the former foundry (Livarna) the barbed wire fence is also to be removed, while the asphalt will be left as is, as the owner has given consent to it remaining there.
