It’s part of a project on literary censorship in Slovenia in the early modern period.
An index of immoral works was first published in 1559 in Rome. Two Slovenes found themselves on the list in early modern times. The first was protestant Primož Trubar and the second was the catholic writer Janez Ludvik Schoenleben.
Works in science, politics and even erotic literature can also be found on the list.
