The perpetrators smashed in the club's entrance door and windows and threatened the personnel, but fled the scene when the police arrived. Police said the material damage amounted to a few thousand euros and that they were treating the attack as an anti-LGBT hate crime.

The club is a popular venue for LGBT events at the Metelkova Mesto alternative arts center in Ljubljana.
