Angelika Mlinar has been formally nominated for a minister in the Slovenian government today.
That, after officially becoming a Slovenian citizen.
The former Austrian MEP will be in charge of the portfolio for cohesion policy.
Her candidacy was submitted to parliament by Prime Minister Šarec today. Mlinar, who was proposed for minister by the Alenka Bratušek Party, was formally sworn in as a Slovenian citizen today.
