The campaign, which will take place until November 15, encourages people to improve their oral hygiene.

Dentists will be raising awareness of oral hygiene, by teaching about the dangers of periodontal disease and measuring interdental spaces.

This year's action involves 850 oral health professionals who will check around 87,500 patients.
