RTV Slovenija journalists are staging a strike today, demanding journalistic autonomy and social dialogue. Members of the Trade Union of Slovenian Journalists at RTV Slovenija also demand the scrapping of the plan to create two separate news programmes and that the government fulfils its financing commitments. If their demands are not met by the end of the month, they will call for the resignation of the RTV SLO leadership.
