Among a number of events and celebrations which were held yesterday was also the main ceremony on the Kongresni trg square in Ljubljana. The keynote speaker at the commemoration was President Borut Pahor who in his address noted that there are many challenges that the country faces today, including the sustainable, green and digital transition, but that with unity and solidarity anything can be achieved. In honor of Statehood Day Pahor will hold the annual open day at the Presidential Palace today.
