Energy was in the focus of talks today between the PMs of Slovenia and Croatia. At the talks at Brdo pri Kranju, PMs Robert Golob and Andrej Plenković agreed for the two countries to sign a solidarity agreement on gas supply. The agreement could be signed during Golob's upcoming official visit to Zagreb.
Moreover, Slovenia said it was also interested in helping increase the capabilities of Croatia's Krk gas terminal and its pipelines, turning into a key gas hub for Central Europe.
The two PMs also talked about the possibility of building a new nuclear unit at the Krško nuclear power plant, which the two countries co-own.
