A panel has warned that Slovenia's implementation of climate policy is running late. The appeal comes after the human rights ombudsman heavily criticised the country's lack of action.
The panel of climate experts, researchers and activists, has welcomed the European Green Deal on Europe's path to climate neutrality by 2050. According to them, Slovenia should be encouraged by the deal.
The panel was set up by President Borut Pahor last autumn.
