Slovenian believers living in the home country, those living in minority areas in Italy and Austria and those living around the world, will take part today in the 31st traditional pilgrimage to Monte Santo di Lussari. The event is going to get underway on the border between the Slavic, Germanic and Romance people with a lecture dubbed “Three Slovenias one identity” by former judge Jan Zobec. At noon Koper bishop Jurij Bizjak will deliver a mass.

The Pilgrimage of Three Slovenias is organized by Rafaelova Družba, an organization promoting Slovenian and Catholic values among Slovenian expatriates and the Association of Slovenian Diaspora Priests, and is also co-financed by the Government Office for Slovenians Abroad.
