After signing it, Infrastructure Minster Jernej Vrtovec added that they had been waiting for this for years and years.

The first preparations for the project started almost 25 years ago. The currently largest infrastructure project in the country is valued at just below EUR 1 billion and will be built by a consortium led by the Slovenian company Kolektor CPG.
