Tim Gajser became the MXGP World Champion for the 4th time at the Finnish Grand Prix this afternoon.
It's the 5th title for the rider from Makole, who also won the MX2 class in 2015.
It confirms his place as one of the most successful motocross riders of all time.
He finished 6th in today's first race and 7th in the second race to leave him with an advantage of 104 points over his nearest rival, Jeremy Seewer of Switzerland, with a maximum of only 100 points available from the final two races of the season.
A delighted Gajser thanked his team and supporters after the race, admitting that he had been a bit nervous before finally winning the title again and that he was "super happy".
