Slovenian President Borut Pahor met his Italian counterpart Sergio Mattarella in Athens today, at the end of the Arraiolos meeting of nations.

They agreed to attend a ceremony in Trieste next year to mark the 100th anniversary of the burning down of the Narodni Dom or National Hall.

The National Hall was built in 1904 and was an important focal point for the large Slovenian community in the city.
