Have you ever perceived Slovenia as both the great outdoors and a culinary destination at the same time? Just like many other foreigners arriving in Slovenia, Robin Hill was blown away by the beauty and outdoor activities on offer. Originally from Birmingham in England, it didn't take Robin long to buy a house and move to Slovenia. And being a chef, he eventually also opened his own restaurant business in Log pod Mangartom.

We spent a sunny Friday in Ljubljana with Lior, an Israeli, who has been living in Slovenia for around 6 years now. Lior's the man behind the Odprta Kuhna event - introducing foreign culinary to Slovenians, and offering Slovenia's best to foreign visitors. Walking between all the food stands and tasty smells and sounds Lior says he's happy in Ljubljana, and sees no reason not to continue living here.
This week we meet Perola Regina. Originally from Brazil, she has lived here for 4 years now, has two children, and tries to make a living as a clown! Yes, a clown! And while clowns are so common in Brazil, that when you shake trees they fall of them, in Slovenia that's certainly not the case. Perola wants to change all that, and bring clowns closer to Slovenians.
