Nine new coronavirus cases were confirmed in Slovenia, out of 625 tests that were done yesterday. This brings the total of confirmed coronavirus infections in Slovenia to 1.578. Currently, 7 people are in hospitals due to the infection but luckily none require intensive care. Director of the National Public Health Institute Milan Krek explained that these cases are very dispersed across the country and are most likely a result of being imported from Covid-19 high-risk countries.
