The Slovenian-Croatian border arbitration agreement has been signed exactly nine years ago today, by then prime minister and now president Borut Pahor and his Croatian counterpart Jadranka Kosor. Pahor, who signed the agreement with Kosor in Stockholm on the 4th of November 2009 said that the document had ended the almost two-decades-long period of border incidents. Pahor also believes that the border determined by an arbitral tribunal in The Hague in June last year will be implemented sooner or later.
