Germany has placed the northern Slovenian region of Koroška on its list of Covid-19 high-risk areas.
Passengers entering Germany who spent time there in the past 14 days must quarantine. They can avoid this by taking a coronavirus test that has to be negative and less than 48 hours old.
Koroška has recently seen a Covid-19 outbreak in a care centre.
Germany last week red-listed the western Primorsko-Notranjska region.
