After the Slovenian constitutional court ruled on Thursday, that the government measures on schooling were not properly published, the government passed on its correspondence meeting yesterday again the measures.
The measures were passed without any topical changes, yet the ruling of the constitutional court stipulates that in this case institutions for disabled children may abstain from the measur
es.
The argumentation was that the number of children here is so small that their return cannot affect the health situation substantially and the negative consequences for them for not visiting schools are far greater than the risk of the virus.
