The prime ministers of Slovenia and Croatia, Janez Janša and Andrej Plenković met yesterday in Otočec. Janša stated that Croatia now has somewhat over 20 infections per 100.000 citizens and in order to be placed on the red list it needs 40 within a period of two weeks.
They agreed on a more intense cooperation and Plenković stressed out that the coastal constituencies are safe as the most covid-19 infections are in Zagreb and Slavonija.
Meanwhile Croatia has hit a record number of 116 new infections with the corona-virus and the neighbour of Slovenia announced new measures at its borders, aiming at people from third countries. Namely, infections to Croatia have been brought mainly from Serbia and Bosnia and Hercegovina.
