Slovenia is marking tomorrow the unification of the Prekmurje Slovenes with their mother nation. The main festivity will be held tonight in Murska Sobota. It will be held in front of the newly established monument which was set up last year when Slovenia marked 100 years of unification of the Prekmurje Slovenes.
The organisers of the event are focusing on the language and culture of Prekmurje- also the event will be held in the local dialect. The author Dušan Šarotar will contribute the key-note speech in Murska Sobota.
At a previous event in Črenšovci President Boruht Pahor will have a formal address.
