Public sector workers have been given an extra day of paid leave for their first graders' first day of school, the Supreme Court has ruled.
The ruling comes after a complaint by a pharmacy employee whose employer refused to give them an extra day off on the first school day in 2016.
The dispute referred to the collective agreement for healthcare and social care.
