The 21 year old was arrested at the Dragonja border crossing with what looked like an explosives belt under the seat of a bus. The border crossing was closed down until police determined it was fake.

He told investigators he had planned to go to the capital Ljubljana and scare people.

The judge urged the defendant to seek psychiatric help in prison.
