He arrived here around two years ago, after deciding to spend his retirement years in a country not as expensive as Switzerland. Cesar says it's easier to get in contact with people outside big cities. He stays fit by working out in a gym and jogging. He also regularly visits the Kulturni Dom in neighboring Dvorjane, where they have cooking classes, dance, play chess and learn languages.
