The aim is to ensure safety and provide uninterrupted support.
The check points were set up on 12 August, allowing only authorities and registered volunteers to access the areas worst hit during the early August floods.
The special regime was in place in several areas of Carinthia and Upper Savinja valley, where the situation was most dangerous, with a risk of heavy machinery accidents.
