National motorway company DARS wants to improve the user experience of drivers on Slovenian highways. The company signed a EUR 582,000 contract with the company, Episcenter to measure and improve user experience.
DARS hopes to get information on traffic flow, conditions, perception of safety, and driver satisfaction. The aim is to get at least 2,000 responses a month.
