Five new airlines will join the 12 air carriers flying to and from Ljubljana airport as of 29 March.
Passengers will be able to travel to 22 destinations in 15 countries. More than 160 flights will be scheduled a week.
As of the end of April, flights to Kiev by Ukrainian air carrier Windrose will be scheduled twice a week.
A new passenger terminal is currently being built at the Ljubljana airport, which is to be completed next summer.
