The port of Koper has expanded its storage for cars. An additional 3,500 vehicles will be stored in the terminal, bringing the total to nearly 47,000.
The terminal handles more than 800,000 vehicles last year, which the company said was more than any other Mediterranean port.
In the coming years, the company plans to dedicate two smaller plots of land in the area to car storage as well.
