Computers in thousands of locations have been locked by a programme demanding ransom.

Reports say that the ransomeware infection has also hit computers at Novo Mesto's Revoz car plant, stopping production. Messages in Serbo-Croatian language were found on the Revoz computers, demanding 300 dollars in Bitcoin for the company to be able to recover its files and continues with its operations.
The cyber attack has hit software in countries including the UK, US, China, Russia, Spain and Italy. Wikileaks blames leaked US National Security Agency viruses for the ransomware.
