All schools will open as scheduled on the 1st of September. This was announced today by Education Minister Simona Kustec, who said children attending primary and secondary schools will return to class at the start of the new school year.
Schools will have to respect the rules set out by the National Institute of Public Health. The Education Ministry also has back-up plans in case the Covid-19 situation worsens, which include the full closure of schools, and a combination of lessons in class and distance learning.
