It was a mixed day for Slovenia's winter sports stars.

Slovenian ski jumper, Ema Klinec, finished 3rd in the women's ski jumping event in Premenon, France. It was her second podium finish this year.

The event was won by Germany's Katharina Althaus, who also leads the overall standings.

Jakov Fak finished 13th and Klemen Bauer was 21st in the 12.5 km biathlon pursuit event in Hochfilzen, Austria this afternoon. The race was won by France's Martin Fourcade in just over 32 minutes.

And Peter Prevc failed to make the final of the Large Hill ski jumping competition in Engelberg, Switzerland.

That event was won by Germany's Karl Geiger. The best-placed Slovenians were Timi Zajc in 12th and Domen Prevc in 20th place.

The next competiton is tomorrow afternoon at 2.15
