In 1956, the American sexologist Alfred Charles Kinsey died.
In 2008, the Slovenian mountaineering pioneer Pavle Kozjek dies. He participated in an expedition trying to climb Muztagh Tower in Pakistan. He fell from the mountain through a cornice and was reported dead a few days later.
