Four trade or economy ministers from four countries are meeting today to discuss what to do about Agrokor. The company has been struggling with a debt crisis and has operations across the former Yugoslavia.

Ministers from Slovenia, Bosnia, Serbia and Montenegro are meeting in Belgrade to discuss possible joint action.

Croatia has already adopted special legislation to restructure Agrokor, which owns Slovenian retailer Mercator.

Agrokor employs about 60,000 people in the region, including over 10,000 in Slovenia and 12,000 in Serbia.
