Šarec highlighted the importance of cooperation in the EU, adding that Europe has become slower in development compared to China, Russia, the US and India.

Speaking at the event, Gertrude Rantzen, Chairwoman of the Slovene-German Chamber of Commerce said we are already using different AI in our daily lives without understanding what is behind it, noting we will continue to use it more and more both in our private and business life. She added that the conference will of course focus on the business aspect of it.

Germany remains Slovenia's most important trading partner.
