ApiSlovenija, the 47th fair of beekeeping, is in Celje this weekend.
It is one of Europe’s biggest beekeeping events. It will bring together over 50 exhibitors from nine countries, featuring state-of-the-art equipment and technology.
According to statistics, Slovenia has the highest density of beekeepers in the EU. There are nearly five beekeepers per 1,000 residents.
