Slovenia’s top court announced that temporary cross-municipality movement ban during the first wave and spring coronavirus lockdown was in line with the Constitution.
The Constitutional Court ruled on a petition asking it to examine a relevant government decree.
According to the court, the impugned provisions pursued a constitutionally permissible aim and were not excessive.
The ban was put in place on 30 March, a day after the decree was adopted.
