The festival runs until March 20^th and will feature 25 films, including eight by master filmmaker Werner Herzog.

The official opening film following is Sakawa, a film showing how desperate people in Ghana exploit the recklessness of westerners.

Meeting Gorbachev is the latest film by Herzog, who is being honored by the festival with a retrospective.
