Bad weather again damaged Slovenia yesterday. A second wave of storms hit central and southern regions, as rain turned into hail.
Hail was reported in Ljubljana and south of the capital, in Trebnje, Krško and Metlika, and in the west, around Postojna.
Hailstones with a diameter of seven centimetres were reported around Metlika.
Damage is still being assessed but it is believed it will be significant.
